My son ( C ) wanted a shake. So, flying by the seat of my pants, away I went. I took the lid off my Ninja and started throwing things in. It turned out awesome!
I wish I would have written down exact measurements but what can I say.... when inspirations hits... stand back.
Not only did we save money on gas and McDonalds shakes; I'm sure we saved on calories as well.
Makes 3 Medium Shakes
LowFat Frozen Yogurt - 2.5 cups
Chocolate Nestle Nesquik Powder - 1/2 cup
2% Milk - 2.5 cups
Ice - 1/2 cup
Start with yogurt, pile it in and blend away. Don't forget these were not exact measurements so you may need to tweek it.
I think I'll try strawberry Nestle Nesquik Powder and add frozen strawberries.
