The Best Chocolate Shake

My son ( C ) wanted a shake.  So, flying by the seat of my pants, away I went.  I took the lid off my Ninja and started throwing things in.  It turned out awesome!

I wish I would have written down exact measurements but what can I say.... when inspirations hits... stand back.
We loved this chocolate shake.  McDonalds drive-thru is a thing of the past.... at least for shakes.  : )

Not only did we save money on gas and McDonalds shakes; I'm sure we saved on calories as well.

Makes 3 Medium Shakes

       Ingredients:

LowFat Frozen Yogurt - 2.5 cups
Chocolate Nestle Nesquik Powder - 1/2 cup
2% Milk - 2.5 cups
Ice - 1/2 cup

       Directions:
Start with yogurt, pile it in and blend away.  Don't forget these were not exact measurements so you may need to tweek it.

       Next Time:
I think I'll try strawberry Nestle Nesquik Powder and add frozen strawberries.

Love the chocolate yogurt idea! I will have to try it. I love milkshakes but avoid them because of the fat content.

My Dad loves shakes! Using powdered chocolate mix and yogurt is a great idea. Tonight we had peach orange & vanilla. Used low fat ice cream, oj, 1% milk, and sliced peaches. WOW they were good. I'll have to buy frozen yogurt next week. Really need to cut the calories!

You're killing me. I want one and I might just make a plain chocolate shake. I think we only bought chocolate and cookies and cream ice cream this week.

I used Vanilla Low Fat Frozen Yogurt... I wonder if they have chocolate... then I wouldn't have to use as much chocolate powder.
I'll look around for that next time.
