Weekly Wednesday Challenge

This week I will be working on the following:

* Drink at least 60 oz of water daily - from 40 oz.
* Stop eating by 8:30pm - from 9pm.

I plan on posting pics. When? Who knows. I haven't worked up the courage yet.

Any weight loss tips would be GREATLY appreciated.
